Selah Jewels – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Selah Jewels, we strive to provide you with the best quality products. Please read our policy carefully before initiating any return or exchange request.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

- Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return/exchange request (without cuts or edits)
- Requests must be initiated using your registered email/contact details
- All free/complimentary items must be returned along with the product

Non-Returnable Items

- Used or worn products  
- Products without original packaging  
- Items returned without unboxing video proof  
- Sale/discounted items (if applicable)

Damaged / Wrong Product

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- A proper unboxing video and images must be shared
- After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund

Return, Exchange & Shipping Charges

- A ₹100shipping fee will be deducted for refunds to the original payment method  
- For exchanges, applicable shipping charges may apply  
- COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection  
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Important Notes

- Selah Jewels reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions  
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packed for return

Cancellations:Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items may not be eligible for return.
